Delivery
All the goods are delivered by An Post or Fastway couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking id of your parcel. You can then use this id to track the progress of your order on the relevant website.
We ask that you include a day time contact number, preferably a mobile. This number will be forwarded to the courier so he can contact you directly if necessary. This facility is very useful as it helps ensure there will be someone available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Please contact us for deliveries outside Ireland.
Delivery cost is €8.50. If your order is above €100, delivery is free.
Subject to availability, all orders are dispatched within 1 working day of order confirmation. In the unlikely event of an item not being available, we will contact you to suggest alternative goods where appropriate, or to advise you of the new dispatch time
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with any items in your order we will be happy to offer a full refund provided that:
1. You contact PartyStore within 7 days of receipt of your order
2. The goods have not been damaged in any way and are in a condition fit for resale.
3. You arrange for the goods to be returned to PartyStore at your own expense.
4. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of damage to returned goods during transit.
5. For Hygiene reasons, we can’t accept wigs for return.
6. All returns must be accompanied with the purchasers Name, Address and Order Number, to facilitate to process your refund promptly.
